so, woke up early in the morning, ate my bananas, honey and all set to go. met cher and walked over to the starting point and met shu on the way.. she was helping out for the event.

anyway,



cher and i were warming up-haha stretching and salonpas! There were so many people there, 30,000 people took part. Anyway, so we started the race. Haha, It was so crowded, that you have to walk to the starting point before the whole crowd started running. Yup, so listening to darude's sandstorm, power song man. Hahaha... seriously. Especially since the street is empty of cars, at the certain point along shenton way. I felt like i was filming vanilla sky... or like filming some movies in new york.

yah, So cher went ahead, and i lost her there. But its ok, haha, i had so many funny thoughts while i was running. It goes like this

Instead of Dory (finding nemo) version of "Just keep Swimming", i was singing to myself " Just keep running, just keep running, just keep running running running."

"Ohhh so skinny after this"

Saw alot of familiar faces. Met my cousin while running, ahah didn't know she was running for this event. It was kinda weird. I felt this person wack me, then i look at her and i was like " what the hell is this girl's problem?... hmmm she seems to know me.. i think i know her... oh lorraine."

Haha, so we were already at the 7km stretch, and we were talking.
L: I'm meeting dawn(another cousin) later, wanna join us?
Z: Can't, got exam tom!
L: exam! you power ahha
L: Looks like the only oxens in the family are running.
Z: There's another ox in the family, bet she sleeping

Yah, so went to last stretch which felt like forever really, i was trying my best to sprint. But no, my legs couldn't take me.

Yah, so stretch, and search for the parents. Was so lost. Managed to borrow a phone and told them a place to meet me. Yah, then breakfast.

I think the whole suntec/raffles city and marina square would stink of everyone. Haha, yah. Came back, took a nap. Feeling much better now, My whole room and myself included smells like salonpas. ahah i'm guessing, so will the exam halls tom too.

Oh man, i dun think i can get out of bed tom, pls wake up call tom. My exam is at 10am!!!.
